The Art of Luxury Equestrian Travel
Ride to castles, châteaux and beyond.
Explore painted landscapes and living history.
There is something about seeing Europe from the back of a horse that no other form of travel quite replicates. The pace is different. The access is different. And the connection to the landscape is something you carry home with you.
I've been riding in Ireland for over forty years, including more visits to Castle Leslie than I can count. I know its cross-country terrain, its quiet back trails, what the grounds feel like in early morning. That personal experience shapes every journey I design — because I only recommend what I know.
FIELD & TRAIL
Cross-country courses in Ireland. Vineyard tracks in Tuscany. Backroads in Provence. Each itinerary is matched to your riding level and what you want from the trip. Private coaching with local instructors can be arranged for those who want to work on their riding alongside the travel.
BEYOND THE STABLES
Private wine tastings, cooking with local chefs, artisan workshops, farm tables. The cultural layer of these trips is not an afterthought. You leave knowing a place — not just having passed through it.
EQUESTRIAN EVENTS
The Dublin Horse Show. Premier British three-day eventing trials. Two distinct traditions, both worth experiencing from the inside. I arrange the access.
GLOBAL SAFARIS
Europe is where I'm deepest, but the reach goes further. Through a small network of vetted operators, I also arrange horseback safaris in Africa — tracking game through the bush at a pace no vehicle allows.
CASTLES & MANORS
Historic castles, private country houses, boutique estates. Every property is chosen for what it contributes to the experience — the setting, the character, the quality of welcome.
THE EQUINOX DIFFERENCE
I build each itinerary around one client at a time — your riding background, your pace, what you care about most. I know the operators, I know the properties, and in many cases I know the terrain personally. The planning is handled. You show up and ride.
